Rates

Rates are seasonal and vary from £350 to £900 per week depending on the time of year and a 10% deposit of the rate is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 2 months before the rental. We also require a £100 refundable breakage deposit.

We rent Friday to Friday and you may arrive after 4pm. Checkout is no later than 11am.  

Well behaved dogs are allowed downstairs and off the furniture please for an extra £20 per week. Absolutely no cats and no smoking in the house.
